Sign-in goes through Microsoft Entra ID — the same secure login your company already uses for Microsoft 365. MailBroom never sees or stores your password, only a scoped, revocable Graph access token. Your emails are read and processed to power Smart Sweep, Storage Cleanup, and Power Search; MailBroom only stores your licence and usage status, never email content.
